RESCHEDULE or PLACE AN ORDER ON HOLD

Sometimes an order needs to be rescheduled to a later specific date and other times put on hold for a date that's currently unknown. Perhaps another company like a tiling contractor needs to complete their project first or an unforeseen event has arisen that needs your attention. Other times a Joy of St Croix field representative might initiate a hold because the project site is not ready to receive a repair/refinishing project or the site is inaccessible. REVISION to an existing order

Sometimes a line item on an estimate needs to be revised when the field personnel first arrives and verifies the scope of the project. Perhaps a repair was misidentified or is larger than originally estimated. Other times a service item might have been overlooked at the time of the initial order, for example a bathtub may need stripping.
The field personnel assigned to your project will guide you through the revision by comparing the physical project to the online Identify & Estimating guides. If you accept the revision below it will be added to your jobnotes and the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

CANCELLATION to an existing order

Sometimes a revision (or other reasons) requires that a line item on an estimate or an entire project needs to be cancelled. If, upon receiving the revision the order is cancelled by submission of this form or by direct email to contact@joyofstcroix.com your payment will be refunded within 90 days minus a 10% administration fee, any material that was purchased specifically for your project, and a $45 trip/travel fee – prepaid trip/travel fees are non-refundable.
The field personnel assigned to your project will guide you through the cancellation process by assisting you in filling out this form and uploading any image files that will support the cancellation and it will be added to your jobnotes and the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Cancellation procedures and terms are found in the Terms and Conditions page.

INSPECTION REPORT

The end of some projects might require an inspection to be documented. Perhaps the customer is a landlord who is out of the area and their tenant is making the inspection for them or the inspection reveals that something needs to be corrected before giving a final approval. Other times a Joy of St Croix representative may be conducting an inspection for preparing a quote or determining a warranty status.

Sometimes a refund is warranted. You must document that you have made a reasonable cooperative effort to resolve the situation through prior communication, such as registering a dispute or filing inspection reports. If a situation cannot be resolved and you wish a refund use this form or send an email to accounting@joyofstcroix.com 10 business days before contacting your financial institution to reverse or cancel your payment in order to allow communication between parties and funds allocation if the refund request is approved. Failure to contact Joy of St Croix first will result in the customer accepting to be charged $100 or 30% of the invoice, whichever amount is larger. Upon approval of a Refund Request, the funds will be returned via the original payment method within 30 days.
